I also have a driveline vibration similar to what you described (Only shakes between shifts and then is fine at higher speed) It's been pissing me off for too long now so I'm going overkill on it. (I cashed my credit card points in for new flex discs AND tranmission mounts) I'm going to do both jobs at the same time and replace my tranmission fluid. I do hope that it solved the problem.
