I found them for the 86 560SL little pricer than the regular ones. $7.69. they have a piece of chain inside. nice to have that back up. maybe we could hook up a sensor like the brake pads have with a light on the dash. when it breaks and makes contact with the chain on comes the light.



I just replaced a couple of them a few weeks back. I replaced them a year ago when I had the exhaust out when I swapped in the 4-spd.
