Appreciate the follow-up... the "hop" is more of a jumpiness that I feel when the car passes over significant seams on the highway surface. The car tracks fine until it hits one of those, and then feels almost like the wheels "hop" and land ever-so-slightly off-center, so the car wanders a bit. Like a toe issue, almost, but toe is (supposedly) set just fine. Shocks and struts are all relatively new.
I find it odd that I can park the car on a flat surface, walk out front of it, and pretty much see with the naked eye some positive camber. I'd like to get a bubble camber tool (or get it on a rack) and see what actual, measured camber is, just to see if my eyes are lying to me.
