Those little balls of bone and tooth that they cough up helped me catch my wife.
When we were dating she took me to a place called high bridge near here where you can walk out in the woods and see a small stream that flows through some very interesting bowls and such carved from limestone. While exploring that I spotted some owl balls and picked one up and poked at the mouse bones and explained what it was.
She told me later that she said to herself that any man who knew that was one she needed to marry!
Well, I just say whatever worked, I am glad!
