I don't think an adjustment would help it - its beyond a simple adjustment - I suspect a spring broke, and the screw cover won't loosen up at all. I've got a used EHA attached to the FD right now that appears to be working OK - I'm a parts hoarder.

I put the car on the lift today - it has been taken care of over the years pretty well. The only serious deficiency I can find is a worn drag link and left side outer tie rod end. Other than that, the car is tight and everything works properly except for the power antenna (I've got the kit for it if the motor works, I haven't checked it out yet).
