This was a long, drawn out process. However, I couldn't have asked for a better service writer. I was kept in the loop and informed of the costs honestly up front. He also made certain the car was detailed inside and out before it left. It looked like it should be in their used car showroom. Seriously.
Doesn't matter...the main objective was met. My car is fixed and I have it back. That's what matters most to me.
