Jim, using Redline ATF in a 1992 500E is like using regular Dexron fluid! They don't require special fluid.

On 1996 & later cars with 722.6 trans..regular Dexron fluid doesn't have the additive package that is required for those transmissions.

Have seen 10+ 722.6's ruined by not using either 3353 OR 4134 (DSH or Fuchs) ATF.
