Might be time to go down to the DA's office and based on history
demand to be informed of what is to be done !

The perp is very obviously a 'repeat' offender just based on what
you have posted of his rap sheet.

Would be exceedingly nice if you could get a constituent service
liaison from ANY of your elected ones to go with you. They are
often as helpful as they can be.

The cops are really caught in the middle on this one based on
the laws currently on the books.

All that said it would sure be nice if he left town late at night.
I do believe you can understand my innuendo. I used to live
about 15 miles from raw desert.
