Triple beam scales are a must for building engines. I used to use the scale in the days of the M110 engine with solex carb to check for heavy floats. They are also great for counting small widgets for inventory. I know a guy who owns a company that designs and manufactures body piercing jewelry;his little one small building company did over a million dollars last year. You can imagine how a triple beam scale could quickly count those expensive little puppies. At any rate I am checking around with other shops for a couple of rods.
