My duty cycle stays the same either cold or hot. When the ignition is on but the engine isn't, the duty cycle is at 70%. I'm unsure of the voltage but i can check soon if you want.
Before i adjusted the fuel mixture, when the car was first started the duty was 50% then fluctuated between 67 - 70% I adjusted it to and it read 49% which was grand. But it seems stuck at 49.2% now even when the car is cold so I'm assuming the car is stuck in an open loop?
