i have a set of regular us spec headlights from my 87 190d. i replaced them with euro's, so they are not needed. they worked as well as crappy US spec lights can, and the plastic side is pitted.

I have a Front bumper with good rubber for a W123 sedan (US spec).

Also i have 4 Bundts from my 1980 240d. no road rash, just kinda dirty.

i also have a 190e parts car coming that has a 5 speed in it. most of stuff other than what is needed for the swap will be available.

I am interested in finding a new dash for my 190d, a 3 switch center vent piece that is not cracked, and 3 window regulators (all but driver).
