I've repaired my wife's and my own clocks. The cap was 100mfd at 35v iirc.
Both clocks are working for 6 months. W123 and w126. I had a little solder
sucker, so it was really easy. I took the caps out of an old satellite receiver,
so it cost me only time. A bit tedious to take apart the gauge cluster, but
no big deal. Try not to overheat things getting the old caps out.
