Front drive shaft flex disk.

OK, I have egged out holes on the front hard rubber flex disk.
And I purchased a new one.

But.....
1. How do I identify the front vs back of the new part?
It has funky off center washers. Long/thin on one side, fat and wide opposite.
Whnbe viewed from the drive shaft to the engine, which direction do these
washers point? CW or CCW ?

2. The kit I got has 3 allen bolts and 3 hex head. Is there an order for each?
Like hex for the drive shaft, or hex for the transmission holes?

3. Do the bolts go head side to the back, head front, or alternate them?

Thanks!
