Well the OM617 is a 5 cylinder so the header would not fit and it does not have an intercooler. If you wanted to turbo your 560, you'd have to either custom fab some exhaust manifolds (twin turbo is usually best option for V8s) or do a rear-mounted turbo design, twins again. It would require quite a bit of custom fabrication, and then you'd have to figure out the fuel delivery with the increased air flow/density. So the short answer is no, considering an engine swap is out of the question with your tool availability. BUT if you have the money/time and willing to learn a lot, anything can be done! I'm not aware of any turbo-retrofit V8 members on here, only turbo I-6s (I am saving up for this myself), except for a member who twin-turbo'ed his 6.9 engine...
