Part identification/Repairs needed?

Hey guys,

I recently cleaned my engine compartment, but noticed a few things that I have no idea what they are. I assume some are weird relays and such, but if you could tell me what they are, that'd be sweet.

One is this cable with a screw section between the two lines next to the ABS unit.

One is my battery's positive cable with grounds? Do I need to repair it? Looks kinda shot.

The other two are of my instrument cluster; specifically my rpms after I let the car sit for an hour after an hour of driving.

Is it low?

P.S. its a 5.6L M117.

Thanks,

Carlen
