If one is using USPS "Click-N-Ship" to print the label, then Delivery Confirmation is included at no additional cost for Priority Mail packages.
Note, however, that Click-N-Ship won't let one print labels for all of the available domestic services - just Priority Mail and Express Mail. Postage for a wider variety of USPS domestic services can be printed through PayPal, though - also with the discounted rate and free Delivery Confirmation for Priority Mail.
