Ok. Finally swapped the locks-handle assembly from passenger side to driver side. or vice versa.
Not a bad job at all. Tooks about 45 minutes.

Once you remove the side panel, remove three screws holding the lock in place. Two screws are on the side of the door and are visible after you pry open the black plastic cover. Third screw is inside and right behind the lock-assembly.

DONT YANK THE LOCK OUT. You will have to put the key in the lock and turn the key while you pull the assembly out.This is the way you diconnect the little metal rod from the vacuum actuating assembly. You will have to do the same when you install the assembly back. This is the tricky part rest all is straight forward.
