If you ship it through USPS, make sure the flat sides are like double thick at least. Then ask them if you can write "NMO" in big letters on both sides. Stands for Non-Machineable Outsides. Means hand sort, not run through the automated system. I know, I worked at the Bulk Mail Center for five years, and it will go through at least one if it is going any distance. Used to see all kinds of things come through. Tires were common. Trees were seasonal.
