Im trying to source a new tank at the local pick n pull. Before I go to the trouble of pulling a tank I had a few questions that I'm sure someone here will be able to answer. Were all 123 chassis 300d tanks the same size? What abt the 240d tanks? I know there is a 83 240d at the pick n pull, but I was under the impression that they have a smaller tank than the 300d. What I'm trying to determine is what years and models fuel tanks will crossover to my 84 300d? I'm pretty sure I have the 21 gallon tank, I just dont have any clue what other years and models carried the same thing. Any info that the forum can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
