Instead of using a pipe bender on the tubing, it can be bent and formed by just using your thumbs. gently form it a little at a time. I used the old tubing as a guide. It also helps if the tube is warm.
I tried using a tubing bender, and it wanted to kink it. might have been the wrong type of bender.. thumbs worked just fine.
