Take the guesswork and worry out of the equation. Get a 10mm nutdriver/socket, label your plug wires on the R (passenger side), pull the air filter housing, plug wires and undo the 4 valve cover bolts. Remove the valve cover, get a flashlight, look in at your rail guide, tensioner, rail and lining....note the color and condition.

My 380 made alot of clatter the last time I let it sit for awhile before starting. It turned out that the timing chain ate through the tensioner rail and lining. 130k miles is a long interval for the guide rails, tensioner AND chain, in most cases.

Sounds so far like Ol Blue is ill, not dead.
