Well all is well. I contacted a old mechanic friend here in town and he had a old OEM Mercedes diaphragm kit on the self. So I pulled out the old one and sure enough it had a split in it.

I think it cracked because the last person to rebuild it installed the diaphragm backwards.

I had to take apart the head and clean out all the oil inside.
