I fixed the high side being open...no change. It was not open all the time, I was just fiddling trying to get it to draw more in when I took the photo.
Replaced the r134a fittings back to the original r12...re-evacuated, and it still gets stuck on the 2nd can. First can was sucked in within 5minutes, second can pretty much just stops half way.
What the heck is going on???
