They haven't bothered me yet (knock on zebrano)...been sporting logo plates in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas & Texas...that's a twelve-year span with no incident.
Cops in Texas generally leave you alone unless you're spotted committing a more serious violation . When they do pull you over, they are conducting business from the rear and driver's side of your vehicle anyway.
Been in Texas for five years now. The troopers are more likely to pull you over for expired stickers than for logo plates.
But I do keep the fronts under the seat of each car just in case...
