2001 CLK320

I am removing the airbag to replace the combination switch. With the airbag unbolted, I disconnected the yellow connecter easy enough, but what about the black connector? I am rocking it side to side and pulling it and nothing happens. I can't see anything like a tab that has to be pressed.

Please help. I don't want to break anything.
