That sounds really frustrating. If I was you, I would trying calling for the upteenth time. It stinks to have to explain things every time you call and try to get a definitive answer out of people, but I'd still try and resolve it with the company. And, maybe (hopefully), the check was sent and is going to be in the mail tomorrow....

If nothing by next week, you could take it to the next level.
