Hi Everyone,

My car has had problems with cold starting. When I turn the key, it whines and feels like it is not catching. After a few turns, it generally starts right up. Yesterday I was driving in the rain and had to go through a giant puddle. I got home and let the car sit for a while and had trouble starting it but finally it turned over. Today I get in it on the way to work. First turn it caught but idled real low and stalled. Then I could not get it to start at all. It is continually making the whining sound but feels like it's not getting any gas. Does anybody have any ideas where I should start looking?

I'm a golf pro up in Canada and have to get to work at 5:30 am tomorrow morning so I've got to try something.
