when you take an hid headlights and rebase it for H4, the focal point is shifted and the result will nearly always be glare. glare at such a high intensity, is at the very least, annoying as hell.....to dangerous to opposing drivers.

their design is a rube goldberg delight....and there are some doozies out there. using such a kit in a halogen unit is also illegal in the US and many countries.
