As people start making more vehicle variants, some types of new vehicles have waek points which are the design sacrifices made to do other things. Sacrifice protection for speed.

Look at the Russian SPM-3 which is very fast but very lightly armored, relatively speaking.

You could buy your own Barrett Light-50 and penetrate with it. But you better be a good shot because they would see you PDQ.

Suggestion: always keep a TOW or a couple RPG rounds handy as back-up.
