Yes absolutly. I expect it to be very effective.
Look at what they can do in Afgahnistan to us with weapons that are junk. Look at all the trouble the Germans had in WW2 behind the lines.
History is full of cases of the best militarys in the world at the time being brought to their knees by rag tag groups determined not to lose.
The 2nd was designed to give our other rights teeth. You can subjugate an unarmed man with ease if you are armed. But an armed population, and in this country's case quite well armed is a bit harder to do. They shoot back. The 20th century is full of examples of governments that killed tens of millions of their people. Governments have a very poor track record in this regard.
