Brake pedal still pulsating

I replaced both front wheel bearings with the MB bearing kit (I did this because I wanted to - good experience etc.). While doing the bearings, I had the opportunity to remove both front hubs. I noticed the ABS grooves cut into the hub were all corroded and had grease and other crap all over them. I cleaned both front wheel hubs with a wire wheel brush and a drill. They were shining when I was done cleaning them. I was convinced this would solve my pulsation problem at really low speeds turning right. It did nothing. I even cleaned the head of the sensor on the driver's wheel of all its metal shavings. So far, I have replaced the front brake pads & rotors (because they were needed), the passenger ABS wheel sensor, and have cleaned the ABS rings. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is still happening?
