I meant MCCAIN has a bit of real man charm, not Lieberman. Don't want to lose my last shred of credibility.

But I think you're right - Lieberman would have been a better choice. The person, besides Palin, who came out ahead in that campaign was Joe the bleedin' plumber. BHO walking up to him that day was the best thing that ever happened to that guy. Well, I can say that now, maybe after he's a burnt out shell of a man, tripped up by his own delusions of grandeur, might look like the worst thing that ever happened to him.
