my mistake i was thinking of the eha,$250.00 new, used $40-$60,the ovp brand new is only about $25.00. you issues sound exactly like mine, then i replaced the ovp,and eha, then had the air fuel ratio recalibrated, small things, like a jigsaw puzzle 1 piece at a time, sometimes unplugging the eha can over ride it you may want to unplug it then see how it runs,if it improves stlightly then leave it unplugged till you can get it fixed,it controls engine lean and rich conditions upon starting.
