Yeah... but it depends on what you like... I make sourdough bread and French Bagguettes (with Pate Fermentte) but not everyone likes that... I believe the resident expert on the forum is "Shawn T. W."

I could probably give you the recipe but it's not just one... you have to start with the starter (one recipe), and then the Liquid Levain (another recipe - short) and finally one of the final breads - if you'd like PM me with your email and I'll see if I can photo copy from my Bread book - that's where I get all of the techniques and recipes - good stuff. Love home made bread...
