I'd use a 1/4 regular length rachet... if I didn't own a small torque wrench.

I'd suggest just getting a harbor freight 1/4 drive torque wrench for $20 plus or minus depending on sales.

Remember if you get the 25-250 in-lb one- it is not accurate in the bottom 20% of the scale or the top 10%. So, it's good from 50-225 in-lbs.
