I want to bench test this air flow meter and I need the pin diagram first.It's the hot film type. This has the 5 pin round plug with 4 pins used..It's not the rectangular plug. I looked at the hfm2,hfm5 pdfs found on here and they use the rectangular plug. I've been looking all over and can't find a diagram for this one.
