Before removing plugs, a blast of air will clean the debries out around each plug recess hole.
It is advisable to change the 3 coil to plug boot connector/resistors on the 3 cylinders under each coil while you are there.. a common fatigue item
You may also want to use anti-sieze compound.. [preference call and sparingly]
