Hard to say. The 6.0 was designed to meet emissions and was a bust so they came up with the 6.4 which is, IMO the stopgap till they had time to build their own In House motor aka the Scorpion. The had a spat with International which built the 6.0 a bit back over warranty claims among other things. And now you are looking at buying their "stopgap" motor? You must have some brass balls.
