courts tend to recognize evidence, thus the need to prove what speed the car is currently traveling at and a history of speed traveled over say, the past five or ten miles. otherwise, cop's word trumps your word, lawyer or no lawyer. Judges hear people say they weren't speeding all day long. I want to build a case that is irrefutable. with today's GPS technology there is most likely a system that can do just that. I'm thinking black box recorder. when I find it I will post it on the forum for others benefit. why pay a ticket when you were NOT speeding?
