I have bought all of my cars used, except one, and in every case when I went out looking at cars, nearly all of the used cars I looked at were in bad shape.

It's absolutely pathetic how poorly people keep up their cars.

It was extremely frustrating, espcially considering the fact that the owners of these cars list them as "excellent condition", "good condition", or even "like new", when at best they were fair to poor.

After looking at more than 10 cars, I was pleading with these people on the phone to be honest with me about the car's condition so as to not waste my time.
