If only it were that simple to get bearings on that crank. Mercedes has 4 "standard sizes" of bearing shells that are color coded to identify what size they actually are. Don't be confused though, they also have under / over size bearings as well. The last one I rebuilt, I had to order the standard bearings +- 0 and then measure the clearances, and then order the proper color coded shells to match my clearances on individual cylinders..
