Though he should have done what he did in a more professional manner, with out the curse words. That probably would have got him an ovation from the rest of the pax.
When you run your own charter company, you have certain “privileges” not available to these commercial operators.
I’ve been known to stop the aircraft out on the taxiway and ask these AHs if they’d like to get out there and walk the rest of the way to the terminal.
In the air, they are much easier to deal with. I have total control of the cabin altitude and how much oxygen they get to breathe. Funny how a lack there of calms the human mind. Often, right to sleep.
