I've always hired the deputy to do it. I currently have a judgement on a deadbeat tenant but I am pretty sure he is unemployed. The chances of collecting from people on judgements is not so good in my experience. Also the chance of getting a good judgement on one is not so good either.

Generally it has to be a lot of money to make it worth even trying.

But if I could magically collect on all my judgements I could be driving a very nice paid for car.
