Good choice, thats a mighty fine looking Euro 240 and a lot less to fix down the road without all the power and "auto" stuff. Rear head rests? I haven't seen those in a W123, nice. I like driving my 240D, it does have a lighter feel and just more fun to drive than the 617 TD even though they are both manual.
