I just installed a set of pneumatic factory seats and my pump has the fitting but when I hook up the tubing nothing happens and the pump does not run when I move the switches.

I put a pump from a car that had pneumatic seats and it worked the seats in my car fine.

I put my pump in the car with factory pneumatic seats and it did not run the seats. I tried another pump from a yard and it did not work either.

Do I need to somehow trigger the pump to operate the pneumatic seat port?
