If I listed ALL the things I've done to this car I would take like two Pages but I stick the the engine stuff
The car was "fine" then one day it would start but RPM would not rise (you may have read the post it dragged on and on)
After alot of B.S. and testing I sent my I.P. off to be gone over
I get it back and put it in (timing pin in 15 ATDC on the crank and "centered" I.P. to allow equal adjustment left to right useing timing helper)

BAM everything is cool!!! not really the gasket for the two halves of I.P. case is leaking oil preatty bad so I call CO. and they send me a new gasket
after what I paid they to "fix" my I.P. I have to fix a good oil leak

So I pull out the I.P. (by now I am getting good at it) I have a install video if my bro will get off his ass and post it on you tube I'll post when it's done

the first time I put I.P. in bump that key half a second it came to life
after I fixed the oil leak it wasn't as good I did it the same way (like I said Im getting good at it I can get it out in 1.5 hours and get it back in about the same time)

Then the car did what it did before I spent all that money on the I.P. "fix" starts runs no rise in RPM

You know what I did...........got the alda tore it's guts out and that fixed that... I turn all kinda R's now

I have replaced delivery valve seals (yes they are torqued to spec)
drained tank replaced fuel screen
rubber lines from the tank
all fuel lines in engine bay filters
return lines rebuilt injectors
#4 injector hard line (cracked at base of nipple on I.P. side)
new lift pump
yellow top bat. alt. bat cables starter new belt
tensioner pully shock
kilma OVP every fuse in the fuse box
glow plugs (I'll test them again) glow plug time relay and fuse

This is about 20% of the parts I have put on the car since I had it!! I could keep going...(yeah I've spent some money) but these are the things that may pertain the issue at hand
I might be willing to trade for a wagon in as good of shape I may need to do some travel with my dog around the country
