I took my windshield wiper off a while back to put in a new blower motor. Sometimes the wiper goes 1/2 way up the window, and stops if there's not much rain water on it.

What could be causing that? It's possible I put the 4 bolts on the left side of the wiper assembly on too tight, but even so, the name of the game is making sure it doesn't move, whether it was on snug, or tight, or too tight. In no cases, should the wiper assembly move anyways.

I put a new wiper blade on a while back.

Any thoughts on what I can do?
