No, mine doesn't really have any issues. It sort of started doing it after I did the fan replacement. Doesn't do it all the time, but if/when the windshield is dry (if I'm driving somewhere when it's raining, and hours later I go to the car after the rain stopped, and start the car), it won't go the whole way. That's not normal. It should go.

Other times, during an extremely light sprinkle, even then it's not wet enough to get the wiper arm the whole way across. That too, is not normal.

I'm wondering if maybe the wiper needs to be bent outward just a touch. Maybe it's too curved for its own good. I dunno.
