Mine only rocks ever so slightly when I've just done a "spirited" run.

Normal driving your engine should be nice and smooth.

Any oscillation could indicate your timing is off, your injectors are not balanced, your rack damper is not set correctly or one of the engine mount/shocks are going out.

I would lean towards the first two based on what you described.
