My 85 Palimino interior dash is indeed VERY dark brown in full bright sunlight.I was sitting in a parking lot eating lunch one day and noticed that. I'm sureit is supposed to be seen as black, as in anything but the brightest natural light, it does look black. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be perceived as black. It does not make any sense to have really, really dark brown and a real black, as choices. Has anyone ever seen these two colors side by side?I'd bet it's just a vendor manufacturing variation, both intendending to be the same color.
